On July 8, 2011 Thai Steel Cable arranged “TSC Vassa Candle Ceremony (Tean Vassa)”. TSC management and staff eagerly joined in making candles which will offer to local temples to be used during the lent season. The activity is aimed to create employees’ participation in Buddhist traditional ceremony. The melt candle represented the strong cooperation of all TSC members. The event gained good feedback from TSC people in participation and donation which will further contribute to 2011 TSC ทอดผ้าป่า
On May 23, 2012, Thai Industrial Standards Institute arranged for the granting ceremony of ISO/IEC 17025 certificate for Thai Steel Cable. Mrs. Sirina Patanatmarueng, General Manager of Business Administration, was the representative in receiving from Mr. Hathai Uthai, Deputy Secretary General of Thai Industrial Standard Institute.
Thai Steel Cable PCL. organized the 2nd TSC Movie Night, bringing 400 TSC members to watch “Pirates of the Caribbean 4 : on Stranger Tides” at Major Cineplex, Amata Nakorn on May 25, 2011. The participants enjoyed the event and TSC shall arrange the same in near future.
On February 10, 2012, Thai Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. presented “Drive 55 Achievement Award 2011” of VA/VE activity to Thai Steel Cable PCL. This award was granted to suppliers who perform well in price reduction activity for 2 years consecutively.
On May 22, 2011, Thai Steel Cable arranged “TSC Mini Half Marathon” – 6 kilometer long distance running at Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Phase #7-8. The purpose of this event is to encourage the health awareness among participants. Same to last year, the event received great interest from TSC members, customers, and suppliers. Total earnings from this activity, without deducting expenses, shall further contribute to Annual Kratin of TSC. TSC would like to thank you very much for great support and participation
On March 29, 2012, Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. presented “Improvement Award” to Thai Steel Cable PCL. This award was granted to suppliers that perform well in delivery activity and gain complete 100 points for 3 years consecutively.
On January 29, 2011 Thai Steel Cable organized “TSC Pitak Talay” at Bangpu Nature Education Center, Samutprakan. The purpose of this event is raising TSC members to participate in social responsibility and assist in nature conservation around Mangrove forest zone. The said event brought the happiness, impression and unity among TSC participants. For this reason TSC further schedules such good activity for TSC members in the next chance.
On August 22, 2011, the undergraduates from the Electrical - Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University, paid a visit at TSC as part of academic excursion. The students got a chance in observing production lines and the application of machines in manufacturing process.
On May 30, 2011, Isuzu Motors Co., (Thailand) Ltd. presented the award “2008 – 2010 Supplier Evaluation Score” to Thai Steel Cable PCL. This award was granted to suppliers who perform well in delivery activity and gain the points at 100 averagely for 3 years consecutively.
On May 25, 2011, Isuzu Suppliers Group (ISG) presented QCD Improvement Supplier in 2010 Awards to Thai Steel Cable PCL. This award was being granted to supplier with excellence quality, cost, and delivery performance in 2010.
On March 24, 2011, Thai Steel Cable PCL. Khun Choothong Patanatmarueng, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, represented TSC in donating 1,000,000 Baht to aid people affected by the massiver earthquake and tsunami in Japan via Krobkrukao 3 Channel 3 at Maleenont Tower.
March 10, 2011, Thai Steel Cable PCL was granted the Best of OVERALL Supplier’s Performance Awards (Bronze Award) in category of Truck Business from Hino Motors Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. This was to reward suppliers performed excellent in quality, cost, and delivery management during 2010.
